Air Design USA, LLC claims to be the company that distributes and sells these accessories in the US and Canada markets.
Air Design USA, LLC distribution offices are located at 4660 North Ave., Oceanside CA, 92056, USA.
SALES POLICY
ON STOCK
Air Design reserves the right to change the delivery commitment, having verified the existence of the product previously purchased or acquired.
In the case of imported products, its existence is subject to the continuity or discontinuity of the original suppliers.
PRICES, ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Until a purchase is confirmed, Air Design reserves the right to change prices, specifications or other product information offered through the online store without notice.
Air Design does not guarantee a fixed price or offer refunds in the event of a price reduction occurring or if a promotional offer is made after a purchase.
Air Design insists that the customers always provide accurate information of their vehicle’s make, model and year and any accessory that may be previously installed on the vehicle. In the case of pickup trucks, the information on the size of the bed and cab is necessary.
ABOUT PAYMENTS
The user agrees to pay for all products purchased through Air Design's online stores and agrees that the appropriate fees such as taxes, late charges and shipping will be charged (at the rate in effect on the date of purchase).
The user has the right to cancel any purchase transaction without penalty as long as the delivery has not started. Any reimbursement is subject to the fees charged by the intermediary banks or payment platforms.
If a product becomes unavailable during a transaction, the user has the right to receive a refund for the money paid for the unavailable product.
Our payment gateways accept AMEX, Discover, VISA, MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. Other payment methods are accepted, if you need assistance contact sales@airdesingusa.com.
FREIGHT POLICY
Please check all freight packages you receive to be free of damage. Any damaged items must be reported to Air Design at warranty@airdesingusa.com within 24 hrs. of receipt.
All damaged boxes/packages must be reported to the carrier’s driver at the time of delivery in order to receive from the carrier a damage tag..
Digital photos can also be used to document damage.
If the user tries to install a damaged product the warranty will be void.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If customers want to return a product for a reason other than a warranty, the product must be in its original unused condition, just as it was received and must be returned within the first 30 days. Products that have been installed can't be returned for refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.

Delivery time depends on inventory stocks, import times and / or bank notification times. You can ask for an updated status of your order at sales@airdesingusa.com
ABOUT PROMOTIONS
All promotional offers and discounts featured on our website are valid for the specified time period and may have specific terms and conditions associated with them. These terms may include eligibility criteria, redemption instructions, and restrictions on combining multiple promotions. Air Design reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Product Returns or Cancellations (partial or total) are not accepted on promotional offers unless there's a faulty product, in which case would be covered under warranty
WARRANTY POLICY
THREE YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
AIR DESIGN USA guarantees its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years or 36,000 miles following the date of purchase as long as they are used under normal conditions and they are properly installed.
This warranty is effective only to the original purchaser and to the vehicle where the parts are installed on.
This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, not following proper instructions, improper use of product, improper cleaning, detailing, painting and/or any customer modifications or attempting to repair.
Miss ordered products do not qualify for warranty either.
AIR DESIGN USA reserves the final right on all returns.
For placing a warranty claim please provide a copy of your purchase receipt and send photographs or video of the defect to warranty@airdesingusa.com
AIR DESIGN USA dealers or customers must contact AIR DESIGN USA to obtain RGA number prior to returning any products.

These Terms and Conditions are effective August 1st. 2016, any orders placed or received on or after this date will automatically constitute dealer’s acceptance of these terms in their entity. Any deviation from these Terms & Conditions must be in writing form.
